  1. So if you are recommending these items, then the Coronavirus isn't the Red Plague. And if we get this, virus would the Red Plague Remedy work or help?

    1. I plan on having the Red Plague Remedy on hand for an active infection. I hope that helps answer your question.

  2. How/when do you add the elderberries (dry?) to your fire tonic if you want to do that? And can we add honey after we strain it to make it more palatable? Or can you serve it with elderberry syrup (homemade?) to help it go down possible?

  3. Just discovered you. Love your information and energy. Constructive suggestion. Take a breath, you don't have to fill the video with your voice, instead of repeating what you just said, take a breath and let us absorb the information. A small moment of silence is helpful when watching these types of videos. Thank you for the handouts with each one. You are extremely helpful. Thank you.

    1. I made the fire cider. Thanks! Was I supposed to strain it after the 3 days on the counter before I put it in the refrigerator? That's what I did, and now wondering if I was supposed to leave the pulp in longer?

    2. You could do it either way - let it sit longer without straining or strain it after 3 days. I would have let it sit with the pulp for at least 7 days. If you want to make your strained vinegar more potent, add more of the chopped veggies, let sit for another 7 days and then strain.

  8. Could we juice the ingredients and return the pulp to the juice to sit on the counter for 7 days, fridge for 3 weeks?
Do you strain it with cheesecloth or a metal strainer?

  9. Your videos and print outs are wonderful. Wondering what type of a humidifier to get. I know you wrote Ultra Sonic but should it be a warm air or cool mist?
