7 Steps: Step One: Healthy Cells

This blog post will contain all of Step One's information. "Step One" is one of seven steps I have briefly outlined in this blog post and video as to what we can do to prepare our bodies for what's to come.

Step One of the seven steps is titled, "Healthy Cells". In order for us to be able to be protected from all manner of pathogens - we need to have healthy cells. Meaning cells that function as efficiently as possible from the inside out.

Our cells need to be able to efficiently synthesize protein, release oxygen, create energy, have proper electrical balances and be able to reproduce. There are 5 simple supplements that, if implemented into our daily routine, will help our cells do just that and will ward off illnesses such as the flu and cold by up to 70%.

If these 5 simple supplements are able to do that - imagine what a protection they are to any type of infectious disease!

Here are the videos for each supplement, along with a brief overview of each one of them, in order:

Some benefits of magnesium chloride are:

 - Produces and transports energy.
 - Synthesizes protein.
 - Regulates body temperature.
 - Assists over 325 enzyme chemical reactions in body.
 - Fights infections.
 - Helps with cellular electrical activity.
 - Calms nervous system.
 - Helps with metabolism of vitamin D.
 - And much more.

And yet - most of us are deficient in this simple-to-obtain and crucial mineral for optimal health.

Vitamin D3 has the ability to be a great protector to our health. It is critical for overall good health and is able to help us fight off infections. It has the ability to cut the duration of the flu by half and, if used regularly and in generous dosage amounts, it has the ability to help us avoid getting the flu (and colds) by 70%!

I'm convinced that vitamin D3 is by far one of the most important supplements that we should not overlook and that we should give ourselves and our families persistently.

The above video covers the following questions:

Why is vitamin D3 so important?
Is it possible to take too much?
What are the dosage recommendations?
What type of vitamin D3 should one take?

Iodine is another one of those minerals critical to good health that most of us are deficient in. Let's fix these deficiencies! by doing so we'll reap the benefits of having adequate levels of the most vital and important minerals in our bodies

Nascent iodine is simply an atomic form of Iodine. This type of iodine contains a high electromagnetic charge which allows the body to use it effortlessly. Nascent Iodine isn't hard on the stomach and has the potential of having a variety of health benefits. Including (but not limited to):

  • Healthy Thyroid and Endocrine Function
  • Improved Thinking
  • Improved Immune System Functionality
  • Less Halogens and Heavy Metals in Body
  • Helps Maintain Healthy Metabolism
  • Prevents Our Bodies from Absorbing Iodine from other Less Pure Sources
  • and More...
Resources for getting Nascent Iodine include:

...and other reputable companies selling Nascent Iodine.

Liquid minerals is an incredibly important - even vital - supplement that will benefit us greatly. Most of us aren't eating in a way where we're getting adequate amounts of these critical-to-health micro minerals into our systems - and even those of use who do eat healthy are having a hard time getting these minerals into our bodies because the foods we eat are coming from minerals deficient soils.

Liquid minerals is a perfect way to make sure we're getting what we need. Pay attention to your body. If you feel that you may be in need of minerals - trying a liquid mineral may benefit you greatly.

Some of these great benefits include:
  • Improved absorption of all nutrients.
  • Stabilized electrolytes in body.
  • Less acidic conditions in body.
  • Better hydration.
  • Less toxic body.
  • Overall (repaired) healthier cells.

Resources for my top recommended liquid mineral supplement can be found here (and can usually be found in a health food store).
