My message to everyone is that - we aren't helpless! There are many powerful preventative measures we can take to help us keep our immune systems strong.
Two other tips for keeping our immune systems strong that I failed to mention in the video are:
- Eat a clean diet! Low - no sugar. Low dairy intake (unless it's raw). Lot's of fruits and veggies.
- Exercise! Get that lymph system flowing and cleaned out.

Make elderberry tea in one of two ways:
1. Bring 4 cups of water to boil. Turn off unit. Add 4 tsps of dried elderberries to water. Place lid on pot. Allow to steep for 10-30 minutes. Strain and drink 1 cup 2-4 times a day.
2. Place 4 cups of water and 4 tsps of elderberries into water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. Place lid on pot. Simmer for 20 minutes. Strain and drink. Drink 1/4 to 1/2 cup 2-4 times a day.
